As an experienced professional with a background in commercial training or a completed bachelor's degree (preferred Master's), you should ideally possess 3+ years of on-the-job experience with relevant skillsets. Your role will require strong analytical skills, a creative and flexible way of thinking, and the ability to think interdisciplinary. Advanced Excel skills, including macro knowledge, are a must. A proactive working style with a 'getting-things-done' mentality, along with a structured and strategic approach to tasks, will be essential.

Your friendly, resilient, and uncomplicated personality with a kick, coupled with fluency in English (both written and spoken), will be valuable assets in this role. Basic knowledge of SAP and BW is a plus. High learning agility, strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary. You should be willing to shape your career path together with the team lead, work independently, and be well-organized with a structured working approach.

A general interest in understanding business/end users, keen eye for details, and aptitude for working with data in an agile environment are essential. Your ability to think 'out-of-the-box' to creatively resolve development problems, strong storytelling skills, and visual understanding will be advantageous. Being a good team player and effectively working in a multi-functional/cross-cultural environment are key attributes for this role.
