Responsibilities
- Own the financial and operational model of how Mutiny grows.
- Build and maintain models that explain what’s happening across the business—pipeline, conversion, revenue, expansion—and where to focus.
- Work closely with GTM, product, and leadership to turn those insights into action.
- Build revenue and funnel models that actually reflect reality.
- Partner with GTM teams to understand what’s driving outcomes.
- Identify where we’re inefficient or leaving money on the table.
- Design systems and workflows that improve how we operate.
- Move from “here’s what’s happening” → “here’s what we should do” → “here’s the system that makes it happen.”
Requirements

What you bring
- Background in strategic finance, consulting, banking, or similar.
- Experience working closely with GTM, product, or operations teams.
- Strong modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure.
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City.

Compensation

- Estimated salary range: $150,000–$200,000, depending on experience.
