Responsibilities

  • Own the financial and operational model of how Mutiny grows.
  • Build and maintain models that explain what’s happening across the business—pipeline, conversion, revenue, expansion—and where to focus.
  • Work closely with GTM, product, and leadership to turn those insights into action.
  • Build revenue and funnel models that actually reflect reality.
  • Partner with GTM teams to understand what’s driving outcomes.
  • Identify where we’re inefficient or leaving money on the table.
  • Design systems and workflows that improve how we operate.
  • Move from “here’s what’s happening” → “here’s what we should do” → “here’s the system that makes it happen.”

Compensation
