Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of cost flows
• Create and oversee annual budgeting processes
• Analyze results and recommend actions to improve finance operations
• Prepare financial results packages for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing costing experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and digital dashboards
• Knowledge of Oracle BI and Tableau advantageous
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
