Finance Business Partner

A rapidly growing and stable manufacturing organization is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its team. The company has experienced significant expansion through acquisitions and is on track to scale substantially over the next few years. This role will partner closely with operational leadership across multiple sites and report into senior finance leadership, with exposure to executive stakeholders.

Position Overview

This role will act as a key finance partner to business leaders, providing insights, analysis, and decision support across multiple operating locations. The ideal candidate is analytical, business-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations to analyze performance, profitability, and key drivers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance
• Build and enhance reporting, dashboards, and financial models
• Work cross-functionally with leadership across multiple sites
• Assist in developing and scaling FP&A processes and infrastructure
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and Excel skills
• Experience in a larger, complex organization preferred
• Manufacturing or multi-site operational exposure is a plus
• Proven ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Demonstrated career progression and strong performance track record
