We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Zug. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover actionable insights.
• Designing, building, and maintaining interactive BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Improving data quality and governance across multiple data sources.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Responsibility	Details
Data Exploration & Modelling	Use R and Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, tidyverse) to clean, transform, and model data sets ranging from a few thousand to several million rows.
SQL Development	Write performant queries in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake; create views, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
Dashboard Creation	Build self‑service dashboards that visualize KPIs, trends, and forecasts; ensure they are user‑friendly and maintainable.
Data Quality Management	Implement validation rules, monitor data pipelines, and propose improvements to reduce errors and latency.
Stakeholder Communication	Present findings in German (and English when required) to both technical and non‑technical audiences; produce concise reports and documentation.
Continuous Learning	Participate in internal training, conferences, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.

👤 Who You Are

Requirement	Desired Profile
Education	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience	2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Technical Skills	• R (tidyverse, ggplot2, caret) • Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, matplotlib/seaborn) • SQL (complex joins, window functions, performance tuning) • Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, VBA)
Analytical Mindset	Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a data‑first approach.
Communication	Excellent written and verbal communication in German; English proficiency is a plus.
Soft Skills	Team player, proactive, comfortable with ambiguous problems, and able to manage multiple priorities.
