SWIM is seeking a dynamic Director of Accounting & Finance to join their team in Vernon, BC. This in-office role focuses on financial reporting and strategic compliance in a growing company.

Reporting directly to the Divisional CEO and functionally to the Group CFO, you will spearhead financial planning, tax management, cash flow, and accounting systems for a business with diversified operations. Your leadership of a finance team exceeding five members will be crucial in navigating financial complexities and fostering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct all financial reporting and analysis activities
• Ensure effective risk management and compliance
• Oversee treasury and cash management operations
• Lead operational and corporate accounting initiatives
• Lead and mentor a finance team efficiently

Requirements

• Canadian CPA or international equivalent
• A decade of comprehensive finance experience
• 5+ years in managerial roles
• Familiarity with multi-entity business environments
• Proficient in modern finance systems
