Finance & Insurance Specialist

Purpose

The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Specialist at WeBuyCars manages the full finance and insurance function, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. The role combines sales drive, analytical thinking, and operational discipline to achieve finance and product targets with integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full F&I process, ensuring compliance and maximizing sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers, staff, banks, and partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to FICA, FAIS, NCA, and POPI.
• Promote products, manage leads, monitor performance, and drive targets.
• Stay current with qualifications, training, and coaching.

Requirements

Assistant / Entry Level:

• Matric with strong Math (NCA course an advantage).
• Passion for finance & automotive industry; sales experience an advantage.

Experienced F&I Specialists:

• NCA Accreditation, RE5, DOFA registration, and 120 NCETA credits.
• Banking/insurance F&I experience (floor or supervised).
• Strong compliance knowledge and ability to manage high-volume deals.

General Information

• Availability to work Sundays.
• Location - Nationwide branches & Pretoria Head Office.
