We are working with a growing Dublin-based platform to hire an Finance & Investment Senior Associate to support ongoing investment activity and portfolio development.

A high-impact investment role focused on transactions and portfolio performance, with direct exposure to senior decision-makers in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models and analysis
• Assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction processes
• Monitor performance across a portfolio of businesses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Assist in developing financial reporting frameworks and financial controls

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or similar) or relevant finance background
• Big 4/ Top 6 trained, with c. 2 years’ PQE across transaction services, corporate finance or within a private investment / deal-driven environment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

This is a unique opportunity to step into a hybrid finance and investment role, with strong exposure across a broad portfolio of development businesses.
