Finance Lead

At Parallel, we are looking for a driven, analytical and entrepreneurial Finance Lead to build and own our finance function from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in shaping the company’s trajectory, from financial strategy to fundraising and operational performance. Missions

As our Finance Lead, you will own all finance topics and operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations:

• Own the business plan, forecasting, and key financial metrics
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor interactions
• Drive strategic analyses on pricing, growth, unit economics to support decision-making
• Build and structure the finance function (tools, processes, reporting)
• Structure our M&A efforts if needed
• Partner with founders and teams to turn financial data into actionable insights

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, or top-tier consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• High ownership mindset — you are comfortable building from scratch
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
• Strong interest in startups, AI, or healthcare
• Fluent in French (our clients are French hospitals)
