FINANCE MANAGER (CIMA)

DO MORE Placements

South Africa · On-site Full-time Lead 1mo ago

About the role

About

You’ll be joining a well-established property group with a strong track record, where finance sits at the heart of the operation and genuinely drives performance. Based in Milnerton, this is an opportunity to step into a business that is structured, growing, and built around high standards.

What makes this role stand out is the environment. You’ll work alongside exceptional mentors who invest in your development, within a sharp, A-player team that delivers at a high level but still values collaboration and energy. It’s the kind of place where you improve quickly because you’re surrounded by people who are very good at what they do.

From a CIMA perspective, this role offers the right mix of technical ownership and commercial exposure. You won’t just be reporting numbers, you’ll be close to the operational side of the business, influencing outcomes across multiple property portfolios while taking full ownership of the finance function.

On top of that, the business offers strong benefits, stability, and a professional environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

If you’re looking for a role where you can step up, learn from the right people, and be part of something solid and well-run, this is worth serious consideration.
