Finance Manager | High Growth, Tech Driven Financial Services Group

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑end leadership of finance operations: reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, compliance, reconciliations, and month‑end close
• Ownership of operational and financial systems, including implementation, optimisation, and adoption
• Insight‑driven reporting that directly supports strategic and commercial decisions
• Coordination of audits and ongoing regulatory compliance
• Strengthening financial controls and continuously improving processes
• Active engagement with funders, regulators, and external partners
• Support across treasury funding initiatives and due diligence
• Tracking financial performance, identifying cost‑saving opportunities, and assessing business risk
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a capable finance team in a fast‑paced environment
• Partnering closely with senior leadership and the CFO on key initiatives

Skills & Experience

• SAICA articles completed
• Minimum 4 years’experience in a finance management role
• Proven experience in the FMCG sector
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong stakeholder skills

Qualification

• Relevant degree plus experience
• CA(SA) advantageous
