• Strong commercially minded Finance Managers
• Experience within product-based environments (FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution)
• Proven ability in:
  • Cost control & margin optimisation
  • Financial reporting & analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting & FP&A
  • Business partnering with operations
• Systems exposure (ERP environments such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, etc.)

Ideal profile:

• Qualified CA(SA), CIMA, or BCom Honours
• 3–8+ years post-qualification experience (flexible depending on role)
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
