Our client, a highly specialised technical infrastructure company with operations across Europe, is seeking a Finance Officer to join the finance team. The successful candidate will support all aspects of the finance function across accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage creditor statement reconciliations and coordinate scheduled supplier payments
  • Raise both external and intercompany sales invoices
  • Process daily bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliations
  • Work closely with site managers and suppliers to investigate and resolve invoice-related queries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to support the preparation and generation of invoices
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support operational cost reporting and complete balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Provide support with financial reporting requirements
  • Monitor and report on monthly cash flow projections
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in similar role working across AP and AR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple locations
