About
Our client, a highly specialised technical infrastructure company with operations across Europe, is seeking a Finance Officer to join the finance team. The successful candidate will support all aspects of the finance function across accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creditor statement reconciliations and coordinate scheduled supplier payments
- Raise both external and intercompany sales invoices
- Process daily bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliations
- Work closely with site managers and suppliers to investigate and resolve invoice-related queries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to support the preparation and generation of invoices
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support operational cost reporting and complete balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
- Provide support with financial reporting requirements
- Monitor and report on monthly cash flow projections
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Skills
- Previous experience in similar role working across AP and AR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple locations
