Your Mission

As a Finance & Performance Analyst, you are the link between production, supply chain, quality management, purchasing, and finance. You ensure that our food production is managed economically optimally – from raw materials and production costs to capacity planning.

Your Tasks

• Strategic & operational production controlling with a focus on cost accounting, raw material consumption, and efficiency
• Analysis of material and production costs as well as carrying out contribution margin calculations for products & product ranges
• Review of production orders including evaluation of waste, OEE data, and consumption variances
• Support of capacity planning in the plant in close cooperation with production & supply chain
• Coordinate budget and forecast processes, including preparation of decision-relevant analyses for management
• Help shape cost center and cost unit accounting for the entire company
• Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements, including production-relevant valuations
• Further development of the reporting landscape together with accounting & central controlling
• Representation of financial accounting in case of absence – you reliably keep operations running

What You Bring

• Completed degree in Business Administration (Bachelor / Master / Diploma) with a focus on Controlling or a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training
• Several years of experience in controlling an international production company, ideally food / FMCG
• Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and ERP systems (ideally MS D365)
• Structured, precise, and analytical way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams (production, QM, purchasing, supply chain)
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills, both written and spoken
