Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist

Kia Italy is looking for a Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our Finance department in Milan. The ideal candidate will support the management in the financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast, identifying drivers and proposing corrective actions.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the headquarters.
• Collaborate with different departments to collect data and provide financial insights.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
