About This Position

This position will support the Finance Project Manager in operational finance tasks, manage financial data, and assist with reporting for publishing agreements and institutional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Project Manager with operational finance and reporting tasks related to publishing agreements and partnerships.
• Collect, clean, and organize financial and usage data related to publishing agreements and partnerships.
• Prepare data exports and supporting files for financial proposals related to institutional and publishing agreements.
• Support the preparation of datasets for quarterly financial overviews for Society Journals.
