The primary focus of this role will be on post-M&A integration, where you will be responsible for managing projects aimed at integrating and transforming companies acquired by Mantu. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage other strategic projects for the Administrative & Finance Governance, such as the deployment of new tools & processes at the group level. • *Main responsibilities**:

- Manage post-M&A integration projects, ensuring smooth transition and integration of acquired companies into Mantu's tools and processes. - Define and follow-up acquisitions’ ROI and financial KPIs. - Support the restructuring of the acquired companies. - Prepare and present project updates to top management. - Contribute to the improvement of Mantu’s finance information systems. - Assist in the development and implementation of project management strategies. - Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions. - Ensure all project documentation is up to date and compliant with company standards.

- Currently pursuing a master's degree in finance, or a related field. - Knowledge in project management and business processes. - Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. - Proactive and able to identify potential issues before they arise. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools. - Experience in M&A and restructuring is plus. - Mastery of generative AI (ex: ChatGPT) is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity
