Korn Ferry has partnered with a firm seeking a highly analytical, entrepreneurial finance professional to work directly with ownership and senior leadership across both operating and investment activities within a growing media, investment, and emerging family office platform.

This is a high-exposure role designed for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategic finance, transactions, investing, and operational leadership. The position offers direct involvement in senior decision-making, capital strategy, acquisitions, financing initiatives, and long-term platform development.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical horsepower with operational maturity, commercial judgment, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and financial analysis initiatives across multiple entities and business lines
• Support financing activities, banking relationships, and capital structuring initiatives
• Assist with acquisitions, strategic investments, diligence, and transaction execution
• Build financial models, investor materials, reporting infrastructure, and strategic analysis for leadership
• Partner closely with ownership on growth initiatives, strategic planning, and long-term investment activities
• Help support the continued buildout of a broader investment and family office platform over time

Ideal Background

• 7–12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling, transaction, and analytical capabilities
• Experience operating in high-performance, entrepreneurial environments
• TMT/media/entertainment exposure is preferred but not required
• Experience with financing transactions, capital raising, or investment analysis is highly attractive
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms is a plus
