This vital role reports to the Manager of Business System Analysis and requires collaboration with Finance teams. You will lead requirement analyses, enhance system features in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and advocate for data-driven decision-making. Your insights will drive continuous improvement across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis for current and future-state processes
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Communicate technical requirements to Finance stakeholders
• Oversee UAT to ensure alignment with business needs
• Facilitate change management and user training initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Financial modules
• Degree in finance or related field
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
• Knowledge of international financial regulations
• Bilingual in English/French is an asset
