As a Finance Systems Analyst at KKR, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of various financial systems, including overseeing master data management and ensuring the efficient functioning of global finance users. Your responsibilities will include providing systems support, testing system upgrades, managing ad‑hoc projects, and running data packages/reconciliations across financial and management systems. Your unique combination of financial acumen, process mindset, and change management skills will be key to success in this role.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee master data management across various Finance systems.

• Provide systems support to Finance end‑users while coordinating with the Technology team.

• Perform testing for new system implementation and existing system upgrades.

• Implement systems and manage ad‑hoc projects.

• Run data packages/reconciliations across various financial and management systems.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business‑related field.

• Experience with consolidation and planning tools such as OneStream, SAP BPC, HFM.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline‑driven environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with SAP S4 Hana, Oracle PeopleSoft, or equivalent Finance systems a plus.
