About Our Client

Our client, a renowned industrial company located in the Bochum area, is seeking a Finance & Tax Accountant (m/f/d) for full-time employment as soon as possible.

Depending on your qualifications, you can expect an annual gross salary of up to €70,000 in your first year of employment.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Preparation of VAT advance returns and tax returns
• Support, independent assessment, and examination of tax-related matters in operational business
• Close cooperation with internal departments
• Support during tax audits and contact person for external partners
• Participation in the optimization and further development of financial processes

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training or a completed degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or taxes
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and tax in a manufacturing environment
• Confident use of common ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and good MS Office skills
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external contacts
