Finance Transformation & Managerial Reporting Consultant

We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Transformation Consultant to support a 3‑month contract engagement focused on finance structure improvement, managerial reporting, and process optimization. This will be for an end client.

This role suits a strong individual contributor who is comfortable working independently, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering end‑to‑end outcomes in a finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate finance system changes, including testing, validation, and sign‑off
• Review, redesign, and implement Chart of Accounts (CoA) enhancements
• Implement and validate a new managerial reporting structure aligned to business needs
• Produce high‑quality finance process documentation, SOPs, and workflows
• Engage stakeholders and provide weekly progress updates
• Support financial analytics, dashboards, and templates
• Build or refine financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

Required Experience

• Proven experience in finance transformation or managerial reporting roles
• Strong Chart of Accounts design and implementation exposure
• Experience managing finance system changes and testing activities
• Solid financial modelling and analytics capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
