Who are we looking for?
- You are a qualified financial accountant with a minimum of 4 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within retail or consumer goods.

Your Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts, and reports that support strategic decision‑making across the business.
- Ensure that financial planning is proactive, accurate, and aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and present clear insights to the leadership team.
- Own financial reporting across the business, ensuring leadership always has accurate and timely information to act on.
Cash Flow Management
- Ensure the efficient management of the company's cash flow to sustain daily operations and support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor liquidity closely and flag risks before they impact business continuity.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, ensuring the business operates within all legal and regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this role you should have...
