We’re looking for you to join our team at our Niederzissen location as a Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Independent handling of accounts payable in a modern and fully digitized work environment
• Reviewing, assigning, and posting invoices and business transactions
• Processing and verifying travel expense reports
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparing reports, statistics, and filings
• Contributing to the optimization of internal processes and exciting future projects within the department
• Close collaboration within a supportive team with short decision-making paths

Qualifications

• Completed business training, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance (e.g., tax clerk, financial accountant, or comparable qualification)
• Some practical experience in financial accounting is a plus—but the position is also suitable for entry-level candidates
• Proficiency with MS Office and a general affinity for IT
• Knowledge of MS Navision or a comparable ERP system is desirable
• Enjoy working with numbers and have a good understanding of business processes
• Structured, reliable, and self-motivated work style
