THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continued growth, our Garden City office is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic advisor to join our team. This individual will manage multiple existing Plan 4 Financial client relationships while helping to build new ones — delivering tailored guidance across investments, retirement planning, insurance, and wealth management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and develop personalized financial plans
- Advise clients on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax considerations, and estate planning
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life changes
- Stay current on financial regulations, market trends, and product offerings
- Meet or exceed client retention and business development targets
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 65 or 66 license, plus Life & Health insurance licenses
- 2–7 years of experience as a financial advisor
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to manage and grow a client base
Preferred
- CFP® designation, or actively in pursuit
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail)
- Existing book of business
