About

In this role as a Financial Analysis professional in Corporate & Investment Banking, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department. FP&A plays a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Model and Calculate Legal Entity (JPMCB and IHC) P&L Budget and Forecast using business intuition, historical trends, and economic outlook
• Model and Calculate JPMCB Stress Test P&L for regulatory filings and quarterly Risk Appetite stress tests
• Analyze actuals against forecast to identify drivers and modify forecast models to minimize variances
• Prepare presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for senior management
• Populate the FRY 14A actuals schedule with data from GL and projections
• Conduct "deep dive" analysis on key issues impacting clients and propose solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and review financial models and analyses

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CFA, CPA, MBA) with at least 4 years of relevant FP&A experience
• Knowledge of Legal Entity bookings and Intercompany dynamics is a plus
• Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Excellent organizational, management, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, and Business Objects
• Ability to synthesize multiple data sets into cohesive presentations and recommendations
