Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning and strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in analyzing financial data, building forecasts, and providing insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in French and basic knowledge of English

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience (internships acceptable)
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Power BI
• Knowledge of French GAAP or IFRS standards
• Experience in financial modeling is a plus
