Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve business performance and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Monitor financial performance and identify variances
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Collaborate with different departments to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Assist in cost optimization and profitability analysis
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications (France-specific)

• Fluency in French and English
• Knowledge of French accounting standards and EU financial regulations
• Experience in multinational or international companies
