We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and support the organization’s financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German or French is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
