Senior Financial Analyst (Strategic FP&A)

Overview:

A highly visible FP&A team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support long-range planning, complex financial modeling, and strategic decision-making initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive insights around profitability, program performance, and enterprise-wide financial strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Support long-range planning and scenario analysis for executive leadership
• Analyze profitability across business units and programs
• Translate large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational leaders
• Support migration and optimization of financial planning systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong financial modeling experience (required)
• Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication skills with ability to support executive decision-making
