Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $45 – $95/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities • Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to generate actionable business intelligence. • Develop, refine, and implement financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision‑making. • Create and improve analytical rubrics and frameworks to enhance AI model training and performance. • Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and IFRS standards. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements. • Advise stakeholders on SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV to inform growth strategies.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. • Strong years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance. • Investment banking experience strongly preferred. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly. • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred. • Strong years of overall professional experience preferred. • Deep experience with SaaS metrics and performance analytics is advantageous.
