About the role
About PCHC
PCHC is seeking a highly skilled, strategic Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and play a key role in guiding organizational decision-making. This is not a purely transactional role - this position is best suited for someone who thrives in complexity, brings strong financial acumen, and is confident serving as a thought partner to leaders across the organization. You’ll translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, influence budget strategy, and help identify opportunities that strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality, mission-driven care. If you’re naturally curious, analytically rigorous, and comfortable owning your work from analysis through recommendation, we’d love to connect.
Schedule: Full-time, Salaried, Monday-Friday, Benefit Eligible
Highlights:
- Strategic Financial Partnership: Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to develop and manage operating and capital budgets, offering insight that drives smart, sustainable decisions.
- Insightful Analysis & Storytelling: Analyze financial statements, performance trends, and key metrics - translating data into meaningful, easy-to-understand insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify variances, trends, and potential risks early, asking thoughtful questions and recommending solutions to strengthen financial performance.
- Healthcare Data Expertise: Work across multiple systems, including EMRs, to gather and analyze accounts receivable and other key financial data points that impact organizational health.
- Ownership & Accountability: Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, partnering with leadership to implement and sustain improvements.
- Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and support a variety of finance and accounting initiatives, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are accurate and actionable.
- Team-Oriented & Adaptable: Contribute across the Finance team as needed - from month-end processes to ad hoc reporting - bringing a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
