We are excited to expand into a new domain that focuses on enhancing AI Assistant models for finance professionals. We are on the lookout for seasoned finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA preferred) who can utilize their expertise to guide AI in understanding financial principles and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and refining AI Assistant responses regarding macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilizing your education and industry experience to assess the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenging the models with complex, real-world scenarios and identifying areas of strength and weakness in their reasoning.
• Providing structured, constructive feedback to enhance each iteration of the AI’s intelligence and reliability.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you should possess expert-level financial reasoning skills and formal training in finance.

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in Finance or a related field are preferred.
• Relevant backgrounds in Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
