Job Description

Are you analytical, autonomous, and motivated by contributing to the performance of a growing global organization? Join the WW ADDS (Advanced Deliveries Drug System) platform within the Pharmaceutical Systems Business Unit, where you will play a key role in the financial analysis and strategic management of an innovative portfolio. As a true business partner, you will support international teams in their decisions, providing a clear, structured vision focused on continuous improvement. Reporting to the Finance Leader ADDS, you will be responsible for performance monitoring, analysis reliability, and recommendation quality.

We are looking for a talent with 2 to 5 years of experience, curious, proactive, with excellent analytical skills and comfortable in complex and matrix environments. If you enjoy understanding processes, challenging the status quo, and proposing concrete solutions, this role will allow you to develop while having a direct impact on the overall strategy. Fluent English and advanced proficiency in Excel/SAP/BPC/Power BI are essential for success in this role.

Your Key Missions:

Strategic Management & Financial Analysis

• Consolidate sales and standard margin data from regions.
• Provide projections, analyses, and recommendations at the platform/therapeutic segment/strategic product line level.
• Support business and portfolio decisions with a clear and structured financial vision.

Support for WW ADDS Platform Management

• Contribute to reporting, forecast, budget, and ASR cycles.
• Collaborate closely with Business Directors, regional controllers, and FP&A teams.
• Validate supply & demand assumptions, analyze deviations from financial commitments.
• Compare internal performance to external market trends.
• Prepare monthly analyses and integrated reconciliations.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Actively participate in Finance projects and process harmonization initiatives.
• Develop or optimize reporting and analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, BPC…).
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects to support decision-making.

Your Profile

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance/Management Control.
• 2 to 5 years of maximum experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, comfortable communicating with various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, BPC, and Power BI.
• Autonomous, proactive, organized professional, process and continuous improvement oriented.
• Very good interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit.
• Fluent English is essential.

Compensation Range:

€45–50k annual fixed, depending on profile and experience.
