Blackwood Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at our Corporate Office in Bloomington, IN.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our financial strategy and overall business health. If you enjoy turning data into insights, working cross-functionally, and making an impact—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Support monthly & annual FP&A processes
• Perform financial analysis to guide leadership decisions
• Track key metrics and performance indicators
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in Finance or Accounting (degree preferred)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (or strong potential—we’re open to training the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Confident communicator who can present insights clearly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
