Care Lync is seeking a Financial Analyst who can help management make informed investment decisions by analyzing financial data and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to support our financial planning and analysis activities.

Responsibilities

• Examine financial data, economic trends and company performance to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
• Predicting the return of investment for different business ventures.
• Develop financial reports for presentation to senior management and collecting industry research to inform decision making.
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze financial data and performance.
• Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and strategic planning processes.
• Build models to forecast future financial performance and assess potential investment opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required.

Qualifications/Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in interpreting numerical data, performing complex calculations, and using statistical models to forecast financial outcomes.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex financial problems.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration.
• Recent graduate preferred.
• Up to 2 years of full-time experience in a career-based finance or accounting role.
