Financial Analyst

About Eldora Mountain Resort

We’re hiring! Eldora Mountain Resort is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support the financial operations of one of Colorado’s favorite mountain destinations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in finance or business who’s ready to roll up their sleeves in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and helping drive smart business decisions across the resort.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts (forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills, including building models, data analysis, and reporting (Power BI a plus)
• Experience with financial reporting, P&L analysis, and budgeting processes
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership and collaborate across departments
• Experience with financial systems and tools (e.g., Coupa, ERP systems, Office 365) preferred
• Interest in the outdoor recreation or hospitality industry; skiing/snowboarding a plus
• Ability to work onsite at Eldora most days and support occasional weekends/holidays as needed
