Financial Analyst

Job Overview

This position requires a strong analytical background with the ability to analyze and consolidate financial results for reporting to high-level management. Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgement and versatility in decision making and problem solving.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and support to senior management
• Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting
• Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Develop models/scenario planning that help in decision making

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA a plus
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and financial planning & analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to accuracy and detail required
