Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of finance, accounting, or budget analysis experience
• Strong proficiency with Excel, especially pivot tables, lookups, and variance modeling
• Hands-on experience with accounting/financial systems such as Oracle or similar software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with remote or hybrid teams
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience managing procurement and purchase order (PO) processes
• Supporting Board-level or executive-level reporting projects
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Google
• Experience supporting financial audits or compliance activities

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• 3-5 years within finance or related roles, ideally supporting remote or hybrid teams
• Prior involvement with procurement processes and executive presentations
