Ferrero is actively seeking a Financial Analyst to conduct in-depth analysis of production efficiencies and costs. You will be responsible for the month-end close procedures, liaising with departments to meet group timelines. In this role, you’ll also prepare budgets and participate in discussions with the Central Operations Office, utilizing your knowledge of finance and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze resource use in production and report variances
• Execute month-end closing procedures and assessments
• Prepare preliminary and final budget documentation
• Monitor cost variations and suggest corrective actions
• Create internal reports and budget progress updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and costing
• Experience in inventory control
