Financial Analyst

A national firm is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its Central FP&A team through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and modeling activities. This role will serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and regional, market, and branch teams to drive consistency, improve operational performance, and support sustainable business growth. The position will also partner with field and corporate functional groups on strategic initiatives and evolving business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning processes, including monthly forecasts, management reporting, analytics, and performance packages that provide visibility into business results and profitability.
• Assist in preparing financial materials for external stakeholders and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with teams across all levels of the organization to provide actionable insights and recommend solutions to business challenges.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in planning, reporting, and analytics, including development of financial and operational KPIs.
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or related business functions.
