· About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support investment decisions and financial evaluation of new opportunities.

This role sits at the core of the decision-making process. You will be responsible for analyzing deals, building financial models, and providing clear insights that directly influence which opportunities move forward.

This position is best suited for someone who is strong with numbers, structured in thinking, and comfortable working with complex financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Modeling

- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investments - Analyze key metrics such as returns, cash flow, and risk factors - Review assumptions and ensure accuracy across all calculations

Deal Evaluation

- Support the evaluation of new opportunities through detailed financial analysis - Compare pricing, performance, and market data to assess viability - Summarize findings clearly for leadership review

Market & Comparable Research

- Conduct research on comparable transactions, rents, and market conditions - Gather and organize relevant data to support underwriting decisions - Maintain databases of comps and benchmarks

Reporting & Tracking

- Prepare structured reports and summaries for ongoing deals - Track performance metrics and key financial indicators - Maintain organized financial data and documentation

Process & Accuracy

- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all analysis - Improve templates, models, and workflows where needed - Handle large datasets with precision and attention to detail

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who combines technical skill with disciplined execution.

Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or a similar analytical role - Strong financial modeling and Excel skills - Solid understanding of financial concepts (cash flow, IRR, returns, etc.) - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong written and verbal communication in English - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

- Experience in real estate, private equity, or transaction advisory - Background in Big 4, investment firms, or financial consulting - Exposure to U.S. markets or international financial analysis

Working Structure

- Full-time position (40 hours per week) - Remote role based in India (candidates must be located in India) - Daily collaboration with the U.S.-based team in Orlando, Florida - Work schedule partially aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
