About The Role

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and partner closely with the CFO.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and improving financial processes across the organization.

You will balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work, helping the company scale efficiently while maintaining strong financial discipline.

What you will do?

Strategic Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
• Prepare high-quality financial reports and presentations
• Analyze cost structures and vendor spending to identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate key business initiatives
• Support decision-making through data-driven analysis
• Provide financial guidance to operational teams

Cost Optimization & Vendor Management

• Analyze cost structures and vendor spending to identify optimization opportunities and drive efficiency

Cash Flow & Financial Performance

• Track and analyze cash flow, including cash burn and runway
• Prepare and maintain cash forecasts to support liquidity planning

Financial Operations & Processes

• Oversee the team in charge of day-to-day financial operations (expenses, payments)
• Develop and improve financial processes, tools, and reporting systems
• Act as a liaison with the accounting team

Corporate & Ad Hoc Projects

• Support strategic projects such as M&A, new business launches, and expansion initiatives
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed

Who you are?

• 3–5 years experience in FP&A, consulting, transaction services, or a fast-growing environment
• Strong financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and cash flow
• Experience in multi-entity / group structures
• Strong Excel skills (must-have), BI/SQL is a plus
• Interest in automation, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows
• Ability to produce clear executive-level reporting and insights
• Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong cross-functional communication (Finance, Product, Data, Marketing)
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Experience with tools like Agicap, Pennylane, Spendesk is a plus
