Mr. Magic Car Wash is experiencing rapid growth across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, and we’re seeking a Financial Analyst to inform intelligent, data-driven decisions that support our expansion.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. This is a high-impact position for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is eager to leverage their financial expertise to drive business performance and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with leadership on financial modeling, reporting, and KPI development
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track performance against key benchmarks
  • Support pricing, sales, and promotional evaluations with data-driven insights
  • Partner with operations to evaluate location performance and drive profitability
  • Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and growth initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance financial dashboards, reporting tools, and scorecards
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, margin improvement, and process efficiencies
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller in preparing materials for executive leadership and stakeholders
  • All other duties assigned by leadership, including accounting tasks

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA and/or CPA a plus)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
  • Accounting experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, and/or data visualization tools preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis
