About the Role

As a Financial Analyst you will provide support and financial leadership to the Directors in our Global Component Manufacturing business. You will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with financial systems SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) and BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) and obtain the ability to run reports in both systems.
  • Be the support resource for Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing segment in reporting financial results.
  • Provide first level analytics to end-users on financial metrics and ad‑hoc report requests.
  • Provide data analytics, financial models and data mining to transfer large‑scale reports into usable information for further analysis for cost and balance sheet accounts.
  • Support/Evaluate cost center spending.
  • Support /Prepare and analyze financial forecast and periodic updates, and analyze variances to business plan and prior forecast.
  • Conduct data analysis to guide process improvements.
  • Interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Experience with macro or VB programming preferred.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools such as BPC, SAP, preferred.

Compensation

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,900 to $81,000 per year.
