Financial Analyst (Chinese Language Expert) - Darmstadt, Germany

Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our finance team who are experts in structured recording of annual financial statements - national and international - in accordance with HGB, IFRS, US-GAAP and other international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording of annual financial statements (medium-sized to large companies) in our database
• Application of international accounting standards: IFRS, US-GAAP, various Local GAAPs
• In-depth review and correction of accounting and billing problems with the support team
• Participation in team meetings for quality assurance and process improvement
• Maintenance and monitoring of status trackers as part of our delivery processes

Required background

• Good written and spoken Chinese/Mandarin (native or at least C1) and German (C1) - English or another language is a plus
• Training as a financial accounting, alternatively business studies specializing in accounting, finance or similar.
• Very good accounting knowledge according to IFRS and international Local GAAPs
• Experience in balance sheet analysis / credit analysis is an advantage (e.g. from banks, auditing or analysis firms)
• Precise, structured and independent way of working; team spirit & willingness to learn
