Your Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for SG&A cost center controlling for the three German DQS companies
  • Conducting budget, forecast, and variance analyses as part of the SSC monthly closings
  • Point of contact for personnel controlling, including headcount and personnel cost analyses
  • Responsibility for sales commissions, including calculation of commissionable sales
  • Establishment and monitoring of auditor provisions
  • Implementation of capex controlling and management of depreciation (AfA)
  • Intercompany settlements and cost allocations within the DQS Group
  • Documentation, analysis, and optimization of commercial processes
  • Collaboration on cost optimization and efficiency projects
  • Travel cost controlling and conducting ad hoc analyses for management and departments

Your Profile

  • A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling
  • Solid knowledge of cost center, personnel, and investment controlling
  • Accounting experience (particularly HGB) is a plus
  • Very proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
  • Structured, analytical, and independent work style
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
