Financial Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data warehouse reporting
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
