You'll be responsible for generating reports, ensuring accuracy in inventory counts, and preparing operational summaries. Collaborating with plant leadership, your analysis of material, labor, and yield costs will enhance decision-making processes across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze costing and production reports
• Partner with leadership on cost variance assessments
• Support cost and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure accuracy of month-end inventory reconciliations
• Contribute to financial reporting and special projects

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in finance or accounting
• Minimum 2 years in cost accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems, AS400 a plus
• Excellent collaboration skills
