Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and explain significant deviations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and financial standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2 or more years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Adapt to a fast-paced office environment with extended periods of desk/computer work
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA
- Experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
